Cedars has great food: come and get it

Cedars MenuApparently it’s a little-known fact that Cedars has great food. Every time I go there to get the chicken, hummus, and red pepper panini (which has been at least half a dozen times since the reopening), I’m one of approximately seven people in the place. And that includes the two or three people running the place.

Seriously, folks, you’ve gotta get down to Cedars and check out the paninis. There are few better or more affordable lunches or dinners in downtown, or perhaps anywhere around. My family of four went to Cedars for dinner last night and ate for under $20. Seriously, that’s value. Now, we drank water, so maybe you crack the $20 mark if everybody gets sodas or beers or whatnot, but by any standard, that’s a great deal.

And, to top it off, there’s free WiFi. You can sit outdoors on the patio, sip a cup of coffee or hot tea, enjoy the free Wifi, and relax to your heart’s content. There’s also a comfortable reading area with a reading library and couches and comfy chairs. And there always seems to be parking around front (on Commerce) and around the side on Hazel (next to Cedars and the Paramount).

So, come on down and support a local institution that needs you and offers you tasty food at a great value.
